Casino not paying out — what to do

Ask support to state, in writing, exactly which term you breached and the clause it comes from. A casino that can point to a specific, pre-agreed rule — failed verification, a breached bonus condition, a duplicate account — is behaving differently from one that gives vague or shifting answers. If the reason keeps changing each time you ask, treat that as a red flag rather than a process.

Screenshot your account balance, the withdrawal request and its confirmation, the bonus terms as they appeared when you opted in, and every support message with dates and amounts. This record is what actually carries weight in a dispute — capture it before anything is edited or your account is restricted.

Your route depends on how you paid and where the casino is licensed:

• Card chargeback: if you funded with a debit or credit card, contact your bank, explain you paid for a service that was not delivered, and ask about a chargeback. The bank then asks the casino to justify the refusal.
• E-wallet protection: Skrill, Neteller and similar offer limited dispute help — weaker than a card chargeback, but still worth raising.
• Licence complaint / ADR: find the casino's licensing body (Malta Gaming Authority, Curacao, Anjouan and so on). The MGA runs a formal player-complaint process; Curacao and Anjouan routes are weaker and slower. Submit your documented case to whichever applies.

A UKGC-licensed casino also gives you UK ADR and the Gambling Commission route — which is exactly what an offshore site does not.
